Meet the artists:

Andrew Khoury:

A self-described small town gal, Andrew is a Montreal-based comedian who has performed in OFF JFL/ZooFest and Fierté Montréal. He uses his flamboyant nature to take you on a journey of his experiences as a queer Arab and shameless pursuit of finding a rich man.

Rose-Ingrid Benjamin (she/they):

Raised in Ottawa, Rose-Ingrid Benjamin (she/they) is a member of the Haitian diaspora settled in what is commonly known as Canada. She has clearly taken disappointing her Haitian mother as a calling as she has followed the dopamine to a new career every few years. From singer to preacher to actor to writer and now comedian, Rose-Ingrid has left no stone unturned as they subconsciously attempt to make up for her lack of medical degree by collecting hyphenates. They have performed stand-up in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto, including Fresh Hot Babes, Strip Joker, QT Shop Talk, The World’s Smallest Comedy Festival, and Kick Back MTL.

Marilyn DT and Shanthony E:

Meet Marilyn DT and Shanthony E: The Goofball Improvisers of Posse Pire a duo forms an unstoppable improv rollercoaster of wacky scenarios.

Marilyn DT: A whirlwind of whimsy, her talent has been showcased in several of Priddy Playful Productions’ improv parodies, such as "Bridgerton: An Improvised Play" and "The Iron Throne: Improvised GOT." as well as the improvised podcast The Terrors of Misery’s Grove. Her comedic journey has also taken her to numerous festivals, including OFF JFL/Zoofest, Ladyfest and The Big Pond Improv Festival. Marilyn is like a unicorn on a caffeine rush – unpredictable, vibrant, and always magical, bringing a distinct flair to each performance.

Shanthony E: A true devotee of comedy, Shanthony's 2023 was packed with over 100 improv engagements, encompassing performances, teaching sessions, and hosting gigs. She's like a human firework – loud, bright, and always ready to burst into laughter. Her dynamic presence and sharp wit make her a captivating figure on stage, thrilling audiences with her boundless energy.

Kě:

Kě is one of Montreal's simplest, silliest guys. You may have seen them at various gay shows across Montréal as well as Gigglefest, Fierté Montréal and is now JFL Originals recording artist. They love weaving together words, stories, and commentary, in hopes of bringing you all some joy! Check out their JFL originals comedy album, Stand-up Montreal!

Sloan Kooshan:

The creative force behind The SWANA Comedy Show, The Azadi Show, and now Zaddys, Sloan has etched an indelible mark on the international comedy stage. His multicultural upbringing, born in France to Iranian parents and raised in Canada, infuses his storytelling with a rich tapestry of experiences. From the stages of Germany to festivals like Zoofest, Giggle Fest, and Lady Fest, his humor transcends borders, resonating with audiences worldwide. Sloan's comedy is a cultural journey, a bridge between worlds, and a celebration of the universal joy that laughter brings to our global community.
