LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Montréal Improv/Impro Montréal operates on the storied and sacred lands of Tiohtiá:ke, a historical gathering place of many First Nations and indigenous communities, including the Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Atikamekw, Algonquin-Anishinaabe and Huron-Wendat, among others.

We, the staff and ownership of Montréal Improv/Impro Montréal, express gratitude to be able to live, work and create on this land, which has been a territory of storytelling, fellowship and creativity for centuries.
